SCCS Fundraisers 2008-2009

Scheduled Events:

Ø Free Will Donation Barbeque – August 11, 2008, School Grounds

All SCCS Family members and community supporters are invited to enjoy this barbeque (hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, & drinks).

Ø Golf Tournament – September 6, 2008, Shelby County Golf Coourse

Ø QSP Magazine Sales – August 18 through September 2

Ø Tribute to Harvest Dinner/Auction/Dream Fly Away, November 8, 2008 at Westphalia Parish Hall

Ø SCCS Pancake Breakfast, during Catholic Schools Week.

Paper Recycling Program:

SCCS currently collects paper and cardboard from the communities for recycling. This has proven to be a successful fundraiser and we are always looking for more paper and cardboard. The first Saturday of each month there is a drop off time at the school, and the outlying communities has have locations where you can drop of your recyclables.

Box Tops for Education, Campbell Soup Labels, Tyson Labels:

We collect Box Tops for Education, Campbell Soup Labels, Tyson Labels to be turned in and redeemed for playground equipment, classroom supplies, and technology needs. These can be sent or dropped off at school or each church has a collection area for drop off of these items.

Target Card:

SCCS receives funds when you use your Target card for purchases and our school is registered with your card.
